cats personallys vary a ton between each other. some love being around random people, But others hide without any hesitation. most cats are often very friendly, but some cats are not so friendly. 

You can name your cat by personally, sounds they make, what they look like, size, what there mood is like, and more. for example, if your cat makes sounds that sound like crickets, name it cricket. you can also nickname your cat by somthing they do or cause, like if it makes troble, its nickname is trouble. one of my cats name is Cricket chirpy trouble Kelly. 

Knowing this is important as a cat owner. If a cat is scared, they might have their ears pointed back, if its happy it might purr, if its exited to see you it might headbutt or rub you, if its in a play mood it might stand on its hind legs, if its in a cuddly mood it might put its nose on your nose or make biscuits, if its angry, it might have crazy eyes.

How often should my cat go to the vet? the amount of time between taking your cat to the vet will vary in its health issues. For example, a very healthy cat might only need to go 2 times a year.
